Discription of Events: I was driving down the street as they were pulling out of a muddy parking lot of a fireworks stand. I saws slowing down so they could get on the road and reach the speed limit. They sped off and flung mud and rocks all over my car causing damage to the paint. And constantly blew smoke clouds so that I could not see the road ahead of me.
