Discription of Events: She followed extremely close behind me so much so that I could not see the front of her car in the rear view mirror. She nearly hit me as the car in front of me was coming to a stop and I was slowly trying to come to a stop to prevent her from hitting me. She was also visibly texting or doing something on her phone. She eventually passed me and sped off.
