Discription of Events: The driver ran a red light at an intersection & turned left into the lane I was driving in. When I laid on my horn he looked at me, phone in hand in the air, like I was crazy. I kept driving on to Smackover when he ended up catching up to me, turned into Smackover as well & continued to get closer to my car. I was turning left, put on my blinker and brakes. When I looked in the mirror he was too busy flipping me off out the window that he didn't realized I was stopped. He slammed his brakes & squealed tires until coming to a stop beside me then took off! I followed him to take a pic of him and his license!
