Discription of Events: I was parked, lady pulled up in land rover and took picure of side of vehicle. I was gone for maybe minutes Im store, came back to car, and within 30 seconds she came from the other direction, pulled up along side while I was still parked and took another picture while I was in the car and sped off. She had the visor down and had sunglasses on even though it was night time.
