Discription of Events: Was driving down the road, there was another car in front of me going very slow. The car behind me (The car Im reporting) honked, but I could do nothing so I continued on. When we turned, the car sped up in front of me and slammed their breaks, right in front of where the highway gets off. I have dashcam footage.
