Discription of Events: Male driving and female passenger were distracted and did not move after light turned green. About 12 seconds past. Cars behind them began going past them. They proceeded to speed up to get ahead then verbally abuse said drivers and began brake checking. Spent 5 minutes just sitting in traffic because they wanted to prove a point. Only started moving once they were being recorded.
