Discription of Events: I was on the sidewalk waiting for the bus on 71st Street and Shore Road. Suddenly the car staring honking as the guy was driving on the opposite side of the road then crossed the yellow line. The car almost hit me as the driver was heading straight at the bus stop I was at.
