Discription of Events: April 11, 2023 at 4:00 pm. White male in his 20’s (with white male passenger in his 20’s) was driving at a high rate of speed in the parking lot of Home Depot in Woodbridge, VA. I was pushing a cart to my car in the parking lot and this jerk almost hit me. He didn’t stop, no apology and continued speeding through the parking lot.
