Discription of Events: Laying on horn in line at a red light, then cut between two lanes to blow through a red light almost side swiped oncoming traffic that had green. Further down the road he wove in and out of his lane to cut in front of other drivers only to break check them. He pulled over into a neighborhood and stated threatening other drivers with a gun. Police were involved.
