Discription of Events: Was driving crazy, when changing lanes didnt check sides and put peoples life in the other car in great danger. By luck they didnt hit each other or any other car and no one got injured. Im reporting this because i was driving ahead of them, saw everything in my rear mirror, and the other car probably didnt see plate of this car because he drove very fast and escaped the scene.
