Discription of Events: This man was working at 10am in a retirement community. There was a car on the side of the road (he could easily pass) and he honked repeatedly until we got fed up enough to go outside and see what the issue is. The old lady went outside to move the car and he honked at her while she was trying to move it. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and disgusting. This guy should be fired. He was working at 10am in Maralago Cay if that helps.
