Discription of Events: He zoomed up in tje right lane seeing a line of cars in left lane passing a truck and then cut in the line in front of me. After passing the truck I moved forward in the right to take the right exit and he sped up in the left lane to block me from cutting in front of him. He cuts in front and then tries to block someone from doing the same, even though I was taking the right exit anyway. He ended up stuck next to a truck while tailgating the car in front of him.
