Discription of Events: This lumpy frumpy Hispanic lady was going below the speed limit. The car in front of me had went around her and I was about to do the same thing while my turn signal was on. After the car in front of me went ahead, she decided to speed up to where I couldn’t get in front of her. My turn was coming up and there was a car in front of me. The lumpy lady drive past me and when we got to the light I was trying to turn on, I had to wait until the light turn green because she was going straight. I put the horn on her and she decided to wait at the light way after it turned green. She flicked me off and proceeded ahead. Her fat miserable self had time to waste apparently. Her car looked tore up anyway. If I looked like her, I would be miserable too.
