Discription of Events: Lansing, your PD is too busy worrying about offending certain social groups to actually enforce laws. Rampant vehicles w/o plates, open weed smoking while driving, reckless street racing in the middle of the day by cars & bikes, etc. The lack of policing is allowing criminal driving behavior to thrive in the city.
