Discription of Events: Was in wrong lane at the traffic circle, Proceded to illegally hop the curb and change lanes wile inside the traffic circle almost causing an accident. Then proceeded to brake check multiple cars including myself. Then got in right hand turn lane, did not turn right blockign everybody from doing so, and proceeded to speed though the light when it turned green and cut everybody off using a turn only lane.
