Discription of Events: Black chevrolet turned onto state route 41 from Rt. 54. He did not stop at the stop sign, and pulled in front of me as I was traveling the speed limit. I came up on him fast due to how close he was when he pulled out, he slammed on his brakes, pulled off to the side of the road, I passed him and he proceeded to tailgate me the whole way into springfield. I had my cruise set. He then proceeded to pass me at a double line at the insterstate over pass and honk his horn loudly, rolled window down and flipped me off. he then sped all the way into springfield until he finally turned left onto Burnett Road.
