Discription of Events: I was out for a jog in the mid afternoon, wearing a day-glow yellow shirt, so I was highly visible. Jogging across an intersection at Hames Way and Valley view Road in Eden, Prairie, Minnesota. I was well into the intersection and the driver was approaching at a modest speed, but must’ve been distracted, slammed on her brakes to avoid hitting me, but then honked the horn as I was passing in front of her. I was a clearly visible pedestrian, and she almost took me out in a crosswalk with a stop sign.
