Discription of Events: On 315 north I was in the middle lane of 3, actively passing cars while the far left lane(passing lane) was empty. He flashed his high beams at me about 10 times then he rode with his bright lights on. He could have passed me anytime on the left, the lane was empty. He got in front of me and continued to brake check me. He flew up behind me on 315 and I have no idea why he was flashing his lights at me.
