Discription of Events: On Blue Ridge Parkway, car was tailgating and laying on the horn for several minutes at a time, especially when driving through tunnels. It was very unsettling for me and other drivers, and eventually I turned around out of fear for my own safety. Driver was following closely for miles and continuously blared on horn for no reason
