Discription of Events: Road rage, scared our whole car we tried to change lanes and they would speed up and slow down so we couldn't move. For no reason other than we needed to change lanes a light was coming up we needed to turn and they blocked us for nearly 3 blocks it was scary when we got stuck at the light with them we didn't know what they would do
