Discription of Events: Driver was a young white male , he ran me off the road I guess because I was driven the speed limit he then went in front of my vehicle and slammed on his breaks causing me to almost hit his vehicle and swerve into another lane he was laughing the entire time , this was very scary for me as I had a 2 & 3yr old in my car at the time
