Discription of Events: I was reversing an actively checking my rearview. I saw there was a clear and DID see a BMV racing through the parking lot/lane in front of the parking space where I was, but had no turn signal indicating she was turning into my lane. She honks at me then shakes her head. I park next to her asking why she didnt stop letting me get out? I was half way out for crying out loud and instead of waiting for me to reverse she squeezed behind me almost hitting me. The Asian lady didnt speak English and had a deer in headlights look.
