Discription of Events: This driver cut me off while in a turn lane as traffic was moving. Then she drove in front of me on a two lane road all the while fixing her hair and digging in her purse. She swerved several times over the double yellow lines and nearly rear-ended the car in front of her while getting herself ready for work while driving her car.
