Discription of Events: tried to cut me off and almost t-boned me, my friend flicked him off where he proceeded to ride my bumper so i brake checked him and he then followed me 6 miles down to road continuing to ride my ass into the lowes parking lot where he got out of his car and threatened both my friend and i and took pictures of us, my dog, my car and license plate.
