Discription of Events: This driver was speeding jumping in and out of cars, when she jumped in front of me I blew the horn, I went around her she rolled window down and gave me the finger while using profanity, she then jumped in front of me multiple times and slammed on her breaks in an attempt to get me to run onto the back of her.
