Discription of Events: Black male subject was fighting with girlfriend and hitting her apparently and there was some sort of fight between male and female. Officers attempted to pull vehicle over. Both male and female subjects were fighting with 4 police officers and refused to give her DOB. Female refused to comply with officers. Male driver called officers racist because he was asking for her DOB. Both male and female continued to fight with officers and both had to be pulled out of the vehicle because the were fighting with police. Both male & female subjects were arrested and charged with multiple counts of charges.
