Discription of Events: I was driving down Jewell where it turns in to 3 lanes.I put on my signal to get in far left lane. He whipped over behind me. then pulled around me and slowed down. At the 1st light he rolled down his window. When I gave no response he flipped me off. At the second light he did the same thing over. At the 3rd light I pulled behind him and took a picture of License plate. Finally he drove on. Definite Road Rage as I am a female and he was a male. I did call the police. They said they do not go after rude drivers!!
