Discription of Events: Young woman driver in left turn lane on Pine Island Rd heading towards Del Prado Blvd was texting. When light turned green, she continued to text until the car in front of her was at least 6 car lengths away. She only moved because a car blared its horn at her. Then she drove over 55 mph on Southbound Del Prado in a 40 mph zone.
