Discription of Events: Heading north on I75 Express Lane (28MAY2022, 7:02AM).....single lane, saw in my rearview mirror a Black Ford Explorer approaching at a very high rate of speed, must be doing 110MPH+.There was another vehicle driving in from of me, both of us were going approximately 75-80MPH. The single lane then turns into 2 lanes, so I switched my lane because this Explorer was still approach us at over 100MPH+. After switching lanes there was a very small gap between myself and the other vehicle in the other lane, maybe 3/4 of a cars length....the genius driving this Ford Explorer decided that at 100MPH+ to pass in between instead of slowing down or waiting for adequate space. I had to jump on to the right shoulder of the Expressway to prevent a 3 car accident which could've resulted in fatalities. This individual then proceed next to other cars and try to taunt them to race, while break checking on the Expressway going from 130MPH+ down to maybe 20-30MPH......He did that at least 3 times.
