Discription of Events: This guy needs to go back to driving school. And I mean that in a sincere way. First off it is illegal to sit in the middle of the intersection when the light is red. I understand if you didn't know the light was going to turn red. But this guy was basically just over the line and kept going in almost stopped traffic when the light was already red and just sat there. If that were it, I would be fine. But then he proceeded to try to merg in to my lane when he was parallel with me. He almost ran me in to the middle of oncoming traffic. I had to swerve and slam on my brakes. I was horrified. He also had children in the car, which makes it even worse. Bottom line: buddy, learn to drive. Or go back to jersey
