Discription of Events: The driver nearly side-swiped me at the Costco in Apex, N.C. Because Im a double amputee I didnt want to confront them b/c it appeared they were cussing at me when I made eye contact. I followed them to get the license plate (take a pic w/ my phone) and the guy started to come at my car window as I yelled at him to stop. As he kept coming I grabbed my pocket knife & prepared for the worse...luckily he backed off & I never had to confront him.
