Discription of Events: The car was coming up behind me at a high rate of speed then cut me off on a road that was merging down to one lane. Almost side swiped me. Once in front if me, he slammed on his brakes. Then proceeded at 10 miles an hour. I continued to stay behind him because I was scared of what he might do.
