Discription of Events: Women in dark blue van was behind me at yield sign. She began leaning on the horn, I'm assuming wanting me to go but I was prohibited due to oncoming traffic. When clear to go she jumped the curb, pulled beside me and then proceeded to cut me off and run me off the road. We were later stopped at the same stop light and she then proceeded to give me crude gestures and jump in the lane behind me and harass me through other stop lights.
