Discription of Events: This driver did not realize their car was rolling and backwards and insisted that she did not hear my honking to warn her. Eventually, it let to a harmless tap but their ignorance in every aspect was more concerning. They are also a handicap driver, so they could be more harm to others as well as themselves.
