Discription of Events: Deaf driver with 2 deaf passengers. Driver backing up in parking lot 16 yard distance to back into a parking space. Driver damaged another vehicle. She threatened me and vandalized my door handle on my driver door adding to the damage done by her vehicle to my paint on my car whilst she was backing up without looking. She can not hear horns beeping or see lights of other cars.
