Discription of Events: Black Nissan Rogue at the corner of Powder Springs and Sand Town. In the middle of turning, this vehicle quickly turned into my vehicle. I had a green turn left, and the gentleman in the car, had a yield sign that was not taken. This caused me to swirve left as they almost hit me and my 3 kids.
