Discription of Events: Driver aggressively and intentionally swerved into my lane nearly causing a collision and almost ran me off the road. This person continued to follow me and made hand gestures. He was clearly unhinged. If you see this lunatic, keep your distance. He is a threat to all motorists and should not be entitled to a driver’s license.
