Discription of Events: Middle aged Asian man in new Ford GT (black color) sped through a crosswalk (crosswalk clearly indicated that state law requires stopping) while I was crossing. He did not slow down (actually tried to speed through while I was halfway past), nearly hitting me, and then tried to speed away afterward. I managed to photograph the back of his car.
