Discription of Events: This driver sped off a rotary on rt128 headed south. She was in the wrong lane and drove toward two drivers getting off the rotary almost off the road. While tailgating a car in the slower lane and instead of possibly slowing down she turned with out a blinker cutting off one vehicle while the driver in front put on their breaks almost causing a three car pile up! She continued to race anyone and car near her driving on the highway in both lanes so no one could pass her, hand flailing. She would randomly slam on her brakes as well! She slowed down to get off the 1st exit #12 and I passed her and she was writing on a clip board...Unbelievable! Ruined everyones day!
