Discription of Events: Deiver was in left turning lane and the cut an entire lane of traffic and cut a 18 wheeler off and blown through the light and intersection almost causing an accident. Deiver gas ILLEGAL TINT and an ILLEGAL DARK TAG COVER. This driving behavior will not be tolerated.
