Discription of Events: This women nearly hit me while getting out of her parked spot as I was driving in my lane. When I honked at her she started throwing obscene gestures at me and started cursing at me. She cut in front of me anyways and then changed lanes and rolled her windows down and continued swearing at me putting other drivers on the road in danger as well.
