Discription of Events: Driver sped past me going at least 100 mph in a 50 mph zone. Sped around four cars and crossed two lanes of traffic to get off at the same exit as me. When the light turned green he sped off (wheels screeching) and proceeded to weave in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed all the way down the road.
