Discription of Events: Sat at the intersection of Cheney Park Dr and Meridale Forest Dr. at a stop sign while oncoming traffic was coming towards them. Proceeded to pull out in front of oncoming traffic at the last second. Oncoming traffic on Meridale Forest Dr does not have a stop sign, and had the right of way.
