Discription of Events: Car was sitting in a left turn lane, with his lights indicating he wanted to go into the straight lane, to the right of him, which I was in. When the light turned green, instead of waiting to merge, he just started to drive straight, and when he was about to hit other cars/be on the wrong side of the road they swerved into my lane, causing me to break very hard to avoid collision.
