Discription of Events: He was in the Safe Harbor employee lot and raced out almost hitting my husband and I walking our dogs. We yelled “slow down” after the vehicle and the driver slammed on the brakes, jumped out, and threatened us. I got in between him and my husband and told him to get back in the car and leave. He reaked of alcohol and was refusing but a female in the drivers seat started yelling at him too. He was about 6ft tall with read hair and a beard. He was drunk and violent.
