Discription of Events: This driver is incredibly reckless. He passed me on the right side in a 35. Cut me off incredibly close to my vehicle. I honked incase he didnt see me. Then slams on his brakes and I almost hit him. Stay away from this driver and report if he does something offensive. Unsafe people like this shouldnt be allowed to drive.
