Discription of Events: White truck with white and black license plates. Turned on turning signal 5 times stopped like they were turning then swerved in front of me when I tried to pass. Also kept looking back of vehicle as if they were doing it on purpose. Also going 33 miles per hr in a 40 and 45mph area. Had me slam on brake every time they faked like they were turning and block my visual on the road by swerving back in forth.
