Discription of Events: It was pitch dark and he nearly gave me a heart attack when he cut me off when I was entering a gas station (he came through the exit not the entrance that I was going in He had his lights turned off and nearly hit me. Had it not been for the gas station lights I wouldnt have seen him. He also has his license plate expired. He looked rugged late 30s brown curly hair.
