Discription of Events: She’s playing in traffic like a little child. A few seconds before the red light changes to green, she throws on her left turn signal. As soon as I attempt to pass her, since I’m going straight, she then changes her mind and throws on her right turn signal. She turns neither left nor right and ends up going straight… trying to cause an accident.
