Discription of Events: Started on Gading Road (Glassbrook Elementary School), Lady was speeding, tailgating, and swerving in and out of lanes. Came to a stoplight at W. Harder Road and Bishop Avenue without any car in front of her and drove right through it. 8-2-23 4:00 p.m.
